About the Race Director

Ryan is a seasoned cycling and endurance sports enthusiast. Ryan grew up running with his father from the age of 8 and always looked forward to the Superweek Cycling races in Sheboygan during the summer. Shortly after graduating from college, Ryan took up triathlon and bike racing. Having raced Superweek, Tour of America’s Dairyland and even the first two years of the Festival of Speed, Ryan took his passion and created Race Day Events. Today, Ryan and Race Day Events bring you the Festival of Speed, modeled closely after a similar race in Orlando, Florida, this race is a must add to your event calendar. Will we see Ryan roll up to the line again in 2021? Be there to find out.
